Responsibilities for the position of Exhibition Guide at the Mystic Universe exhibition:
1. Conducting excursions:
-Organizing and conducting excursions for various groups of visitors (individual and group tours, VIP guests, student groups).
-Developing and adapting various types of excursions (by topic, age category, visitor interests).
-Immersing visitors in the concept of the exhibition, explaining the ideas and technologies used in the project, including 360-degree projections and immersive installations.
2. Language support:
-Conducting excursions in English and Thai. -Knowledge of the Chinese language is a big advantage.
-Assistance with the translation of texts from English to Thai for social networks and other materials upon request.
3. Content development:
-Participating in writing texts for social networks, news publications and marketing materials related to the exhibition.
- Collaboration with the SMM team and copywriters to develop unique content that reflects the essence of the exhibition.
4. Video content creation:
- Participation as a speaker in creating content for social networks.
5. Interaction with visitors:
- Coordination of the group during the excursion session
- Answering visitors' questions, helping to resolve any conflict situations or difficulties.
- Ensuring a high level of service for an international audience, including special requests and requirements.
6. Coordination with other departments:
- Interaction with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the relevance of excursions and information content.
- Support the exhibition administration in organizing work and making suggestions for improving the tour processes.
7. Training and development:
- Continuously studying new aspects of the exhibition and related technologies.
- Developing professional skills to improve the quality of excursions and communication with visitors.
