Responsibilities of a Barista at 360ART Center:
1. Beverage preparation and service:
o Preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages according to quality standards.
o Selling desserts and other treats (e.g., snacks, pastries).
o Serving customers at the counter, taking orders, and handling cash and non-cash payments.
o Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workspace and customer service area.
2. Customer communication:
o Polite and friendly communication with visitors.
o Providing consultations on the selection of beverages and desserts, helping customers make choices.
o Handling customer complaints and suggestions, and resolving any conflict situations.
3. Reporting and financial accounting:
o Handling cash operations and tracking all sales.
o Preparing daily and weekly sales and expense reports.
o Monitoring cash balances and keeping accurate records of transactions.
4. Coordination with the supply department:
o Regularly updating information on necessary stock (coffee, tea, desserts, ingredients).
o Coordinating with the supply department to order products and ensure timely delivery.
o Checking incoming supplies for quality and quantity.
5. Stock control and inventory management:
o Monitoring inventory of products, beverages, and consumables.
o Conducting regular inventory checks and notifying management of the need for reorders.
6. Compliance with safety and hygiene standards:
o Maintaining cleanliness in the workspace and café area according to sanitary regulations.
o Following safety procedures when working with equipment.
